SHE is life...

Happy National Girl Child Day 2021 Wishes, Images, Messages, Greeting, and Quotes to Share

“ Mumma, I’m coming in 130 days”, said the pregnancy app on her phone reminding her of the number of days left to complete 40 weeks.

Counting days to see her little one inside and waiting to pamper it with all that she could. She felt her baby move and kick. She happily shared this news of the baby movements with the people around her. With the baby bump shape, physical changes and symptoms came those 100s of myths and predictions of baby gender.

“We’re very sure, it’s gonna be a boy looking, at you”, said her relatives. With the predictions, she started building her expectations and dreaming about a baby boy. She had decided on the name and got clothes as the days were nearing for her labour. With little consciousness at the labour room, she heard the doctor say, “It’s a GIRL”.

She cried and everyone who heard it were disappointed. Nobody showed interest in even seeing the baby. The baby had nobody to show her love and warmth besides her mother. It grew and while growing up slowly started developing inferiority complex. Little did they know, that the baby could hear and feel the emotions of the mother and the soul within kept feeling rejected, neglected each time. They predicted the gender and created dreams about it. The baby felt unworthy inside and this had made it develop inferiority complex and low confidence.

Therefore, the whole purpose of having an exclusive day for Girl child will be served only when the expectant mother never lets the words of inequality reach the ears of the child and when she whole-heartedly fights for the rights of her child. After all only a woman should understand another woman. The least you could do for a mentally healthy baby is to never predict and welcome a baby of any gender with open arms and same love and warmth to a baby with any gender.

We have seen over the years women take responsible and highly dignified positions and perform tasks equally risky like a man.

There is no less, there is no more.

A lot of girls take better care of their parents than their sons and earn much more than what their son would have.

Woman is the only one who can carry another life. If there is no woman, there is no life. A world without daughter is as impossible as a world with water.

From treating equally inside the womb, treating a brother and a sister equal, husband and wife equal, hero and heroine equal, girl boss equal to others is all where the thought begins from.

Sharing this thought, I urge every expectant mothers and mothers with girl children to treat them forever like a princess and queen cuz they are one.

No matter who supports you or not in the family, the child needs its parents to accept it whole heartedly and receive all the encouragement like how a boy would receive.

We need no more “Vamshodhaaraka” sons who just exist and continue the generations of his family but we need more children, specifically a daughter who could contribute to the society and achieve for all generations to remember.

We need no woman who will shut up and tolerate the words of the society when she is insulted for not working while is creating a responsible generation for the future. A man working outside doesn’t make him any great than a woman who instills values to her children, feeds the family and makes a home a better place to live.

We need a woman, whether working or not to be the creator of quality future generation.

Being a woman, I would be more than happy to have a girl child or children.

I am a Desh Ki Beti and support every Desh ki Beti being born in this Punyabhoomi where woman are worshipped in different forms and names like Saraswathi, Lakshmi, Durga, Ganga etc.

Say “No’ to prenatal gender determination and spread equality and love to every being.

No better day to start re-blogging. With every new phase of life for a woman she at times needs time to revive. It is never too late to revive.

A Woman is a life-giver. SHE is life.
